Yes, I have to keep reminding myself that change is a slow process, and Comms and Survey have been doing a brilliant job.

2 or 3 meetings a week is only if you're on multiple committees. A lot of the people talking are those kind of board members or future board candidates. A more normal workload is one meeting a week or sometimes less.

And times of day are shuffled as much as possible to be reasonable for people in different timezones, which means that people in the US or UK suddenly realise their privilege. Last week we had the org-wide at Australia/Asia time, which meant that both the US and UK people were complaining.

For committees, consistent attendance or apologies at meetings is included in the rules, but hasn't been enforced consistently for a while, if ever.
