Yeah, being on Board is a very tough thing, and has been for a long time. Average workload was at least 30 hours a week when I was doing it, and if you had a week's holiday, catching up was very hard, on top of a full-time day job. And it's emotionally draining. I made some great friends during my time with the OTW, but being in a leadership role there is not something I'd do again without significant change in the structure.
