AD&T this year

So, I started my year in AD&T with lots of high idealism about how I was going to post regularly about what happened. As you can see, it didn't work out quite like that. But I've got a few months left, and it's important to keep trying.

I missed a couple of meetings during the summer due to holidays, but I think now is a good time to shine a spotlight on what actually happens, because it's easy to take for granted the stuff I already know.

All issues needing work: 518 (up from 515)
Needs Attention On Beta (needing testing): 10 (down from 15)
Needing coding: 476 (down from 500)
Closed bugs: 1988 (up from 1943)

Support requests open: 176, down from 211

Bug bingo: We started on 14.07.2011 with 461 issues that are new/accepted/assigned/started. Now we have 437 issues.

That's a lot of coding in a short time, and a load of new coders getting involved. Support and testers are doing well, but both always need more people.
